Billable charges for network installation services $50/hr. (a minimum of $50)

 

Hardware/software training $30/hr. (a minimum of $30) (rate applies for individuals); $45/hr. for groups

 

Hardware/software upgrade or replacement $30/hr. (a minimum of $30) - labor only

 

Billable labor cost of $15/hr.+ transportation and parking fees (when applicable) while shopping for hardware or software

 

On demand technical support (via phone or email) available for a monthly charge of $25 (for five incidences), or $10 per incidence

Already networked?  You still need your computer network and office procedure properly documented. 

 

Documentation of technical manuals, S.O.P. (standard operating procedure) or training manuals can be made available tailored to how you run your church office plus a backup and recovery manual at a billable charge of $30/hr.
